1. Client Needs
We listen to the client’s requirements at the start of the project so that we can have a in-depth understanding and analysis of the client’s industry market, brand positioning, brand style, visual system, project challenges, and users profile.
2. Project Coordination
Assemble a dedicated project team and integrate resources to draft the initial plan and preliminary budget. Once the budget is confirmed, the project manager develops and shares the project schedule, covering all stages such as design planning, prototype development, material preparation, production planning, inspection and shipping, logistics, and more—ensuring every step aligns closely with project requirements.
3. Design Planning
For projects requiring design services, propose design concepts and styles based on research into project positioning and users profile. Provide comprehensive considerations and suggestions tailored to the project, followed by delivering a design plan for soft furnishings or products.
4. Preliminary Development
After the client approves the design plan, provide initial drawings, material samples, and color swatches. Collaborate with designers to further refine product craftsmanship, technology, and structure, ensuring the feasibility, functionality, and structural integrity of the design, while aligning with market demands and client expectations.
5. Technical Drawings
Refine technical drawings based on the design. Experienced R&D engineers conduct in-depth optimization to meet the demands for appearance, functionality, and long-term safety, achieving a balance between absolute quality and cost advantages.
6. Prototyping
During the prototyping phase, we conduct a pre-assessment of the prototype itself, as well as potential risks in mass production and future use. We provide comprehensive improvement solutions and suggestions, offer detailed quotes, and establish thorough quality management standards.
7. Mass Production
Throughout the production process, progress and quality control are continuously monitored. Regular updates are provided at key milestones agreed upon with the client, ensuring they receive satisfactory results on time, as per the agreed delivery schedule, with peace of mind.
8. Quality Control
Comprehensive quality control is implemented across more than 10 major production stages, from raw materials to assembly, finishing, painting, and more. This includes five inspection systems: main material inspection, component inspection, assembly inspection, finished product inspection, and packaging inspection. All products undergo 100% full inspection before leaving the factory.
9. Logistics and Customs Clearance
Based on the client's specified freight forwarder requirements, we select the most suitable port to receive the goods, completing all customs procedures on behalf of the client. Additionally, we have temporary warehouses in ports across Japan, including the Kanto, Kansai, and Fukuoka regions, allowing us to flexibly manage product storage needs throughout the client's project timeline.
10. Delivery Service
Matching the client's initial construction schedule, we inspect and consolidate the products at our own warehouse. A professional delivery team ensures on-site delivery and placement. The delivery team offers comprehensive services, including site inspections before delivery, product transportation, handling, installation, placement, and even photography, depending on the project’s location and type.
11. After-Sales Service
We have established customer service centers in Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka, covering the Kanto, Kansai, and Fukuoka regions. After receiving a customer request, we provide product solutions on-site within 48 hours. For repairs and replacements, we have dedicated service points to ensure a quick response and meet the client's after-sales needs.
