Hexi Nan G116 Community is the first mid-to-high-end project in Lingyu International’s 3.0 product line, featuring over 400 rooms and 1,000 m² of communal service areas, catering to the lifestyle aspirations of high-net-worth residents such as financial elites and tech talents.
The design begins with real user needs, utilizing big data analysis to simulate 135 living scenarios. Through techniques such as embedded layouts and looped circulation routes, it reconstructs the spatial logic, framing views of the Qinhuai New River to bring poetic tranquility into urban living. Each of the three unit types—across different sizes—offers a narrative of space with greater warmth and emotional value.
Hexi Nan is a hub for finance and the digital economy in Nanjing, home to the second-largest central business district in East China after Lujiazui, and one of the city’s most valuable residential areas.
